The Union County Extension Office will be hosting a Simmer Pot Kit Christmas Class on Tuesday, December 2nd at 5:00 p.m. This festive and hands-on workshop will take place at the Union County Extension Office and offers a fun opportunity to learn new skills while preparing for the holiday season.

Participants will learn how to safely use a dehydrator, how to dehydrate oranges for holiday gifts, and how to create their own Christmas simmer pot kit to take home. The class will also include creative ideas for do-it-yourself gifts using natural, aromatic ingredients—perfect for sharing the scents of the season with family and friends.

The cost of the class is $15 per person, which includes all materials and supplies. Space is limited, so participants are encouraged to register early.
