Liver sausage makes a good spread for Ritz crackers. This recipe makes a lot, so use it when you have company.

LIVER PATE
1 pound liver sausage, mashed
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3 drops of Tabasco sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/3 cup minced dill pickle
1/4 cup minced onion
8 ounce pkg cream cheese, softened, divided

In mixing bowl combine all ingredients except half of cream cheese. Mix well until creamy. Pack firmly into 2 cup round bowl lined with foil. Chill several hours or until firm. Remove from bowl. Frost with remaining cream cheese. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 12 servings.
