Horace Maynard Middle School is excited to welcome future students and their families to the upcoming 6th Grade Night, scheduled for Monday, April 29th from 5:30 to 6:00 PM. This special event is designed to give rising 6th graders a preview of life at HMMS and help ease the transition into middle school.

The evening will begin with a brief presentation by Dr. Kilgore in the auditorium at 5:30 PM. Families will hear about what to expect in the upcoming school year, including important highlights of student life, academic expectations, and how HMMS supports its students both inside and outside the classroom.

After the presentation, students and their families are invited to the gymnasium, where they’ll have the opportunity to meet 6th grade teachers and explore the many teams, clubs, and class offerings available at Horace Maynard. It’s a great chance to ask questions, meet staff, and start getting excited about the upcoming school year!

We hope to see all future Red Devils there!
