Corn Salad With Feta and Tomato

4 cups fresh corn kernels from about 6 ears
2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
1/3 cup chopped fresh chives
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 to 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 teaspoon each of salt and pepper
Stir together corn with next four ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in cheese, salt and pepper. Serves 6
