Vicki Lynn Monroe Lambert-age 72 of Knoxville passed away Monday morning, May 25, 2026, at Beverly Park Place. She was a retired employee of the State of Tennessee. She was a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Preceded in death by her parents, G.C. “Jack” and Maxie Dove (Raley) Monroe; brother, Jackie Monroe.

She is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Catte and son-in-law, Josh Catte; grandson, Rusty Catte; brother, Greg Monroe and several beloved aunts and uncles.

Graveside service will be held at a later date at Pleasant View Cemetery, Maynardville. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
