Linda S. (Lindy) Bailey-age 77 of Washburn passed away Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at her home. She was a member of Elm Springs Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her parents Edd and Daisy (Smith) Bailey; brothers, Vick Bailey, James Bailey, Carson Bailey, Doyle Wayne Bailey; sister, Cleo Smith.

She is survived by her brothers, Danny Bailey, Buster Bailey; sisters, Mary Lee Coffman, June Graves, Sally Jordan, Brenda Helton, Ollie Beeler, all of Washburn, Shirley Sliger of Knoxville, Carolyn Helton of Georgia, Martha (Syil) Jones of Bean Station along with several nieces, nephews and other family members.

The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Saturday, November 4, 2023, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary. Funeral service 2:00 p.m. Sunday, November 5, 2023, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Gabril Haynes and Rev. Greg Hurst officiating with music by The Hurst Family. Interment to follow at Liberty Hill Cemetery, Washburn. Pallbearers: Chris Bailey, Clayton Bailey, Joe Bailey, John Wayne Bailey, Justin Bailey, J.C. Liford. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
