Lillie Mae Perry-age 76 of Washburn passed away Thursday, April 23, 2026, at her home. She was a member of New Beginnings Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Mae (Kitts) Nicley; daughter, Brenda Dellinger; brothers, Hubert Nicley, Bill Nicley, Clifford Nicley; sisters, Gracie Bailey, Irene Dalton.

She is survived by her daughters, Janet Woods of Washburn, Sherry Nicely of Washburn; grandchildren, Shelby Albright, Jordan Nicley, Brittany Bowlin, Jessica Daniel, Ricky Kitts, Kelsey Timmons, Dustin Carpenter, Ryan Carpenter; several great grandchildren; sisters, Juanita Coffman of Washburn, Clara Whitt of Bean Station; brother, Earl Nicley of Washburn and several nieces and nephews along with a host of friends.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Saturday, April 25, 2026, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary with funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM, Rev. David Nicley officiating, music by Rev. Richard and Linda Nicley. Interment service 2:00 PM Sunday, April 26, 2026, Cabbage Cemetery, Washburn. Pallbearers: Ryan Carpenter, Dustin Carpenter, Ricky Kitts, Paul Shelton, Leslie Coffman, Jordan Nicley. Honorary pallbearers: Jesse Coffman, Divon Albright, Charles Daniel. Family and friends will meet 1 PM Sunday at the funeral home to go with the funeral procession. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
