Judy A. Bailey-age 79 of Luttrell, died peacefully Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at the home of her niece and caregiver, Michelle Strunk. She was a 25-year employee of Flowers by Bob. Preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Bailey; her parents, Fred and Mettie Dukes; sisters, Ilah Washam, Reba Herron, Nalda Slaughter; brothers, Ted Dukes, Roy Dukes.

She is survived by her niece, Michelle (Lee) Strunk; special children, Ryan Strunk (Jessica), Whitney Strunk Melson (Christian); sisters, Brenda Pollard, Freda Reed, Patti Henderson; brother, Robert (Gene) Dukes; special niece, Rhonda Collins and a host of other family and friends.

The family would like to express a special thank you to U.T. Hospice and nurse, Victoria for Judy’s past 7 ½ months of hospice care.

The family will receive friends 5-7 PM Friday, November 1, 2024, at Cooke-Campbell Mortuary with funeral service to follow at 7 PM, Rev. Chris Washam officiating, music by The Washam Family. Graveside 10 AM Saturday, November 2, 2024, at Pleasant View Cemetery, Maynardville, Rev. Lee Strunk officiating. Family and friends will meet 9:15 AM at the funeral home to go with the procession.
