Jerry Howard Eastridge
Jerry Howard Eastridge, age 77, of Niota, Tennessee, passed away unexpectedly yet peacefully in his sleep and went to be with the Lord.
Jerry was passionate about his work as a civil engineer and took great pride in the projects he helped bring to life. In his free time, he enjoyed carpentry, working on cars, playing cards with his buddies, and listening to Motown and blues music. He was a contrarian by nature, never afraid to share his perspective, yet he was also kind-hearted, quick to laugh, and always appreciated good company. Above all, Jerry loved his children unconditionally. Ryan and Nicole always knew they were deeply loved, and that unwavering love was one of the greatest gifts he gave them.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Novella Eastridge.
Jerry is survived by his son and daughter in law, Ryan and Jenny Eastridge; his daughter, Nicole Eastridge; his beloved grandchildren, Skye and Faith; his sister, Gilene Farrell; and many extended family members and friends who will miss him dearly.
Jerry will be remembered for his sharp wit, generous spirit, strong work ethic, and the unconditional love he had for his family. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
