Bobby Joe Muncey-age 48 of Luttrell passed away Saturday, June 6, 2026, at his home. He enjoyed drag racing and fishing. Preceded in death by his father, Charles Muncey and his grandparents.

He is survived by his mother, Sue Muncey; children, Jake Muncey (Celisa), Cherokee Muncey (Elizabeth), Chevelle Ridenour (Michael); grandchildren, Jaxson Ridenour, Mallie Muncey, Maverick Muncey, Noah Muncey, Mazikeen Muncey; brother, David Muncey (Wendy); nephews, Daniel and Austin Muncey. Several aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family will receive friends 5-7 pm Wednesday, June 10, 2026, with funeral service to follow at 7 pm, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville, Rev. Jason Dyer officiating with music by The Woods Family. Burial 2 pm Thursday, June 11, 2026, Community Cemetery, Luttrell. Family and friends will meet 1:15 pm Thursday at the funeral home to go with the procession. Pallbearers: Anthony Humphrey, Billy Suttles, Eli Muncey, Michael Muncey, Johnathan Muncey, Austin Muncey. Honorary pallbearer: Daniel Muncey. In lieu of flowers donations can be made at the funeral home for funeral expenses. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
