It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Billy C. Ramsey-age 70 of Blaine, born July 15, 1956, passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2026. He was a member of Indian Ridge Baptist Church, Blaine and was a member of Union #619 Teamsters Avisco. Preceded in death by his parents, Lavator and Evelyn Ramsey; four brothers and two sisters.

He is survived by the love of his life, wife of 40 years Janice Ramsey; son, Joshua Ramsey (Stacy Dalton); daughter, Jacqueline (Donnie) Bell; grandsons, Kyler (Kasey) Henegar, Dylan Ramsey, Logan Woods, Peyten Ramsey; granddaughters, Kierston (Dane) Britt, Paelyn Ramsey; great granddaughters, Kylie and Kaylie Henegar, Lakin Ramsey, Vivian Britt, Paisley Ramsey; brother, Larry (Penny) Ramsey; sister, Darlene (James) Perry and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Friday, July 17, 2026, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville, with funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM Friday Rev. Luke Kidwell officiating and music by Brittany Muncey. Burial 11:00 AM Saturday, July 18, 2026, Indian Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery, Blaine. Family and friends will meet 9:45 AM Saturday at the funeral home to go with the procession. Pallbearers: Josh Ramsey, Kyler Henegar, Dylan Ramsey, Logan Woods, Peyten Ramsey, Donnie Bell. Honorary pallbearers: Larry Ramsey, Jackie Ramsey.
