Alfredia Haynes-age 77 of Luttrell went to be with the Lord Thursday afternoon, January 2, 2025 at Ft. Sanders Regional Medical Center. She was a member of Pennington Chapel Baptist Church. Preceded in death by parents, Alfred and Carrie Thomas; brothers, Lowell Thomas, Ronnie Thomas, Jimmy Thomas; sister, Sherry Goin.

Survivors: husband of 59 years, Rev. Gabril Haynes; daughter and son-in-law, Angela and Randall Whitley, son and daughter-in-law, Allen and Brenda Haynes; three grandchildren, Sierra Haynes, Amanda Shoffner, Ashleigh Johnston; five great-grandchildren, Ryley, Eliana, Eleanor, Adaliah and Eli. Brothers, Danny Thomas and Johnny Thomas; Sisters, Ruth Hackworth and Terrie Webb. Several nieces and nephews along with a host of friends.

The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Saturday, January 4, 2025 with the funeral service to follow at 7 p.m. Saturday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Gabril Haynes, Rev. Richard Nicley officiating with music by Rev. Gabril Haynes. Interment 11 a.m. Sunday, January 5, 2025 at Yadon Cemetery, Maynardville. Family and friends will meet 10 a.m. Sunday at the funeral home to go with the funeral procession. Pallbearers: Allen Haynes, Steve DeVault, Clyde Rustin, Bruce Lay, Elmer Nicely, Darrell Brock.
