Rocky was a man who never met a stranger. His warmth, kindness, and easygoing spirit touched everyone he encountered. He is survived by his loving wife Emma McBee, his devoted daughters Christy Williams and Jennifer McBee, and his cherished grandchildren: James Dabney, Lance Strickland, Joshua McBee, Skylar Strickland, Lydia McBee.
