Patricia Lynn (Collins) Norton-age 82 of Maynardville passed away Monday, July 20, 2026, at Oakwood Senior Living, Knoxville. She was a Christian of the Baptist faith. Preceded in death by her husband, James Norton; son, Jay Michael Collins; parents, Ernest and Ruby Jeanette Collins; sister, Peggy Brooks.

She is survived by her daughter, Jamie Rhymer and husband, Lonnie; grandson, Owen Rhymer; son, Richie Norton; sisters, Jonnie Surrett, Tracy Collins; brother, Keith Collins, Daniel Collins and several nieces and nephews.
