Jimmie Dean McClure-age 94 of Maynardville passed away Thursday, July 31, 2025. She was a member of Church of God at Maynardville. She walked faithfully with Jesus every day. Her life was an unwavering testimony of grace, prayer and love. She has poured out kindness and shared wisdom rooted in scripture all while living each day with a heart surrendered to Christ. Her legacy is one of devotion, not only to her family but to God, who she has trusted her whole life. Preceded in death by her loving husband of 45 years, Rev. Charles W. McClure; parents, Grady and Mamie (Holliday) Humphrey; grandson, Robie McClure Jr. and 13 brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her loving children, Regina (Jesse) Dillingham, Angela (Benito) Garcia, Rev. Charles (Billie) McClure, Jr., LaDeana (Dwight) Savage, Robie (Celeste) McClure; 14 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren; sister, Peggy Peppers and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends 5-7 PM Friday, August 1, 2025, at Church of God at Maynardville with a celebration of life to follow at 7 PM Friday. Funeral service 10 AM Saturday, August 2, 2025, at Church of God at Maynardville, Rev. Charlie Pratt, Rev. A.V. King, Rev. Joey Hopson officiating. Music by her family, per her request. Interment service will follow at Pleasant View Cemetery, Maynardville. Pallbearers: Phil Sartain, Ronnie Hopson, Michael Savage, Josh Steele, Scott Lundy, Thomas Weeks. Honorary pallbearers: Chris Haynes, Isaac McClure, Jeremiah Dillingham, Landon Lundy. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
