Jeannie Holt Ray – age 55 of New Tazewell, passed away peacefully Sunday, May 17, 2026.

She is preceded in death by parents, Leon Clyde and Marie Holt; and sister, Kathy Holt McDaniel. Jeannie is survived by husband, Harold Ray; sons, Bradley (Andrea) Ray, Anthony Andrew Ray, Tyler Ray and Kendall Scott Ray; daughters, Emily Ray, Sonya Diane Keller and Judy Keller Shehan; grandchildren, Riley, Hannah, Mason, Adaline, Carson, Jaxson, Avalee, Karter, Autumn, Valerie, Brody, Vivian, Nathan (Haley) Aslynn and Kaylee; great grandchild, Avery; brother, Lee Holt; sisters, Rosa Lee French Shope and special sister, Angie Mabe;

The family will receive friends, 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., Saturday, May 23, 2026 in the Trinity Funeral Home Chapel. The service to follow with Reverend Tim Sharp officiating. Following service family and friends will proceed to Big Barren Cemetery for a graveside service. Serving as pallbearers, Andrew Morris, Glen Caldwell, Anthony Ray and Brad McDaniel.
