Anna Maples

Anna Maples – age 39 of Corryton. Anna’s earthly life ended on Thursday, November 16th at 6:49 p.m. We rejoice in the knowledge that she is present with the Lord hearing “well done my good and faithful servant”. She has been made whole for all eternity. Anna was a loving wife, mother, daughter, granddaughter, sister, aunt and friend. Her smile, laugh and sweet spirit always brought joy to those around her. The void left in our hearts is indescribable.
She is preceded in death by grandparents, Charlie Haynes, Joann Collette, Ferris Widner and Doris Norris; aunt, Donna Milsap; and cousin, Nicholas Haynes. Anna is survived by husband, Reverend Nick Maples; sons, Carson and Luke Maples; parents, Steve and Rhonda Widner; grandparents, Imogene Haynes and Carson Norris; sister, Mandy (Craig) Foster; father and mother-in-law, Terry and Tracy Maples; brothers and sisters-in-law, Josh and Brandy Walker and Terry and Heather Maples; nieces and nephews, Owen Blake, Tayler Blake, Skyler Foster, Noah Walker, Megan Walker, Mallory Maples, Jack Maples, Silas Maples and Sawyer Maples; and several special aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family will receive friends, 5:00 – 8:00 p.m., Monday, November 20, 2023 in the Trinity Funeral Home Chapel. The service to follow with Reverend Nick Maples, Reverend Brian Cox and Reverend John Lawson officiating with music by Reverend Cody and Hannah Haynes. Family and friends will meet at 9:45 a.m., Tuesday, November 21, 2023 to proceed to New Loyston Memorial Gardens for an 11:00 a.m. graveside service.
