The May Veterans Breakfast gathering will be held on Saturday, May 9th, at 8:00 am. A free breakfast of biscuits, gravy, eggs, fruit, juice, and coffee will be available for all Veterans, their families, and friends at the American Legion Post 212 on Veterans Rd.

Synergy Home Care is sponsoring this month’s free breakfast. Their offices are in Knoxville and Morristown, but they cover the entire East TN area. Home care may include cooking or cleaning for their client, help with bathing, or even getting someone to a doctor’s appointment. Synergy can help with memory care, arthritis care, stroke recovery, disability care … anything that is not medical. They strongly support all our Veterans, and Synergy is contracted with the Veterans Administration to provide home care for Veterans who need any assistance. Sponsoring this breakfast is one of many ways they show their support. Yvonne Coffey from Synergy will be at the May 9 breakfast and is looking forward to any questions you may have.
