Tracy L. Phillips-age 57 of Knoxville passed away Thursday, October 9, 2025 at Sacred Ground Hospice House with her children and boyfriend, David by her side. She was born May 17, 1968 in New York. She attended church at God’s House in Knoxville. Preceded in death by her loving husband, Ramey Daugherty; children, Brandiee Miracle and Junior Daugherty; parents, Hubert and Marlene Clester.

Survived by her children, Phylicia (Ricky) Akins of Blaine; Shaine Daugherty of Knoxville; Chance Daugherty of Rutledge; Joey Daugherty of Knoxville. Sisters, Margie and Amy, both of Florida; brother, Randy of Florida; Grandchildren, Kyle Akins, Liam Daugherty, Tanley Miracle, Daven Miracle, Kayla Odoms, Ariel Daugherty, John Daugherty, Zavier Daugherty, Lee Daugherty, Emalynn Daugherty. Many Great-Grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
