Peggy Lucretia (Livesay) Vaughn – age 64 of Jefferson City Tennessee, passed away Thursday morning, June 19, 2025, at her home. She was of the Christian Faith. She is preceded in death by her parents, George Robert Livesay and Sherry Livesay; husband, Chippy Vaughn; daughter, Tonya Dawson; brothers, Casey Livesay, Lonnie Livesay.

She is survived by her sons, Fred Lovell, Jr., Jon Lovell and wife Nicole, Suan Lovell; grandchildren, Kaitlyn Lovell, Zevin Lovell, Destiny Lovell, Mary French, Codie Martin, Domique Chandler; great-grandchildren, Nova French, Zaylen Lovell, Noah Lovell; brothers, Rebel Dean Livesay, Larry Livesay and wife Kim; sisters, Kim Livesay, Eva Livesay.

Interment will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, June 23, 2025, at Narrow Ridge Cemetery, Liberty Hill Road, Washburn. Family and friends will meet at Cooke-Campbell Mortuary at 1:00 P.M. on Monday to go with the funeral procession. Jeremiah 29:11-13, “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
