Lonnie Dean Abbott- age 87 of Clinton passed away Friday, June 20, 2025, at U.T. Medical Center. Lonnie was of the Christian faith, a U.S. Army Veteran and loved NASCAR Racing. Preceded in death by his parents, John B. Abbott and Dessie Marie (Morgan) Abbott; wives, Penny Abbott, South Haven, MI and Freidea Abbott, Corbin, KY; brothers, Leroy Abbott and John Paul Abbott.

He is survived by his daughters, Sherri Abbott and Brandi Abbott, both of Clinton; eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren; sisters, Betty Beavers, Susan Abbott, Janie Carr, all of Cincinnati, Ohio; brothers, David Abbott of South Carolina, Rick Abbott and Charles Abbott of Cincinnati, Ohio and several nieces and nephews.
