Josephine Nicely-age 78 of Washburn went to be with the Lord, Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at Claiborne Medical Center. Preceded in death by her husband, Glen Nicely; son, Glen Nicely, Jr.; daughter, Elaine Nicely.

She is survived by her daughter, Joann (Greg) Noland; son, Kyle Nicely; daughter-in-law, Ann Nicely; loving boyfriend of 25 years, Ernest Foust; grandchildren, Mitchell, Daniel and Grace Nicely; great granddaughter, Elaina Nicely and several other great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Thursday, September 11, 2025 with the funeral service to follow at 7 p.m. Thursday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Leon Nicely officiating with music by Wayne Cole. Interment 11 a.m. Friday, September 12, 2025, Nicely Family Cemetery, Maynardville. Pallbearers: Family and Friends. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the funeral home for expenses. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
