JoAnn Powell Fee Oaks – born September 3, 1939, went home to be with her Savior on August 2, 2025 surrounded by her loving family. She was the heart of our family and her love, kindness and support for us will be deeply missed.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Carson and Nola Powell; and sister, Willetta Martin. JoAnn is survived by her husband of 54 years, Billy Oaks; children, Kathy (Terry) Canada, Ronnie Fee, Doug Fee, Brian (Susan) Oaks; special granddaughter, Savannah Fee; grandchildren, Leann (Tim) Bickley, Kayla Fee, Jordan Oaks and Landan Oaks; great granddaughter, Bailey Bickley; and brother, Archie (Norma) Powell.

The family will receive friends 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 6, 2025 in the Trinity Funeral Home Chapel. The service to follow with Reverend Bryan Wheble officiating and eulogy by Archie Powell. Family and friends will meet 10:00 a.m., Thursday, August 7, 2025 at Trinity to proceed to New Loyston Memorial Gardens for an 11:00 a.m. graveside service.
