Janice Marie Wood - age 69 of Luttrell went home to be with the Lord, surrounded by her loved ones at her home on Saturday August 8, 2026. She was an employee at Hillcrest for forty years as a dietary aide. Preceded in death by her loving husband of 50 years, Gary Wood; her parents, Jack and Lillie McAnally; brother, Roy Lee McAnally; sister, Melissa Washam; mother & father-in-law, Nola and Brady Wood; brothers-in-law, Roger Washam, Frankie, Don, Duck, and Jim Wood; sister-in-law, Thelma Hill; great granddaughter, Kennedy Lynn Sherritze.

She is survived by her sons, Terry Wood and Brian (Kristy) Wood; grandchildren, Megan (Devin) Turner, Kaitlyn (Preston), Karli (Bam), Jayda, Ayden, and Hudson; great grandkids; Maddax, Atlas, and Denver; bonus grandkids, Emily and Josh Corum; bonus great grandson, Easton Isaiah Cope; sister, Kelly (Dale) Williams; sisters-in-law, Tina, Gail, Molly, Brenda, and Kathy and a host of nieces and nephews along with many lifelong friends.

The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Monday, August 10, 2026, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel with the funeral service to follow at 7 p.m. Monday, music by Amanda Hurst. Interment 11 a.m. Tuesday, August 11, 2026, Wood Cemetery, Luttrell. Family and friends will meet 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home to go with the procession.
