Dennis Ray Davis, Sr.-age 74 of Mascot passed away Sunday, September 7, 2025, at Willow Ridge Center. Preceded in death by his son, Chris Davis; his parents, Murphy and Edith Marie (Galloway) Davis; brothers, Troy Davis, Tony Davis; sister-in-law, Delilah Davis; brothers-in-law, Gene Mills, Ray Wilson.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Patsy Nicely Davis, married July 23, 1974; sons, Dennis (Mary) Davis, Jr., Robert Davis, Justin Davis; grandsons, Jordan Davis, C J Davis, Isaiah Davis, Jim Murphy Davis; great grandchildren, Sawyer Wade, Saylor Jo, Ivory Nicole Davis; sisters, Janice (Paul “Butch”) Bailey, Fay (David) Crowder, Neva Mills, Carol Wilson; brothers, Richard (Tonya) Davis, Ernest Davis; sisters-in-law, Carolyn Davis, Jessa Davis.

The family wants to thank everyone who has donated for Dennis’s funeral expenses and thank you to the Willow Ridge Center for their care of Dennis.

Graveside service 1 P.M. Saturday, September 13, 2025, at Community Cemetery, Luttrell with Pastors Jeff Leach and Lance Pratt officiating. Family and friends will meet at the cemetery at 12:45 P.M. Saturday. Pallbearers: Dennis Davis, Jr., Robert Davis, Donnie Davis, Richard Hellard, Jordan Davis, Nathan Mills. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
