Thunder Road Printing & Graphic Design

At this year’s Union County Heritage Festival, Thunder Road Printing & Graphic Design, while promoting their products and services, was doing a fund raiser for Union County Children’s Charities, Inc. This charity has an annual event called “Under The Tree Project”. Headed by president Gina Buckner, this is a program focused on providing Christmas gifts to Union County children who otherwise would have none. In an effort to raise funds to purchase gifts, Thunder Road Printing & Graphic Design, for a donation, was having a drawing for a large print of Smoky, the UT mascot. The drawing was held at 4:00 PM and the lucky winner was Ms. Joanne Rosenbalm. Thank you to all who made a donation to this worthy cause. Every penny will go to purchase gifts to be distributed by Union County Children’s Charities, Inc. If you would like to help with this annual event, there are several ways in which you can become involved. You can purchase toys, clothing items, toiletry items, blankets, etc. and take them to Thunder Road Printing & Graphic Design located at 1800 Maynardville Highway until the Monday after Thanksgiving. You may send your tax-deductible contribution to Union County Children’s Charities, Inc., P O Box 1033, Maynardville, TN 37807-1033. If you feel this is a mission in which you would like to be “hands on”, call Gina Buckner at 865.804.2914. Helpers are always needed and welcomed. Make this your Merriest Christmas ever by making it Merry for our children.
